SH Hotels & Resorts, the sustainable hotel brand management company that operates 1 Hotels, Baccarat Hotels and Treehouse Hotels, has appointed Erik Eveleigh as VP, development (Americas).
Eveleigh will leverage his expertise in growing brands paired with his development network to spearhead new business opportunities for the company’s portfolio of hotel brands, as well as provide expert oversight for development projects as the company pursues its expansion throughout the region.
With more than a decade of experience in sourcing and executing mixed-use and luxury opportunities as a member of Hilton’s North American Luxury Team, he brings exceptional expertise in brand positioning; planning and design; and project management. He successfully secured several luxury landmark assets for its North American portfolio, including the Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas and Hotel Del Coronado. He was at the company for 14 years collectively, previously holding positions on the feasibility & investment analysis team and supply management team.
