Five-star
hotel to represent ME region at World Travel Awards Grand Final in Vietnam in December

Dubai has been named ‘Middle East’s Leading New Hotel 2017’ at the prestigious
World Travel Awards, which took place on Sunday evening, 29 October.
The
five-star hotel, which opened its doors in March this year, beat off strong
competition from other leading hotels across the GCC to lift the award at a
glittering ceremony in the Armani Hotel, Dubai.
General
Manager, Tristan de la Porte du Theil, said: “It is a huge honour to receive
this award, especially given we have only been open for seven months. It is
testament to all the hard work by everyone at DUKES Dubai as we continue to
provide quintessentially British, first class service to all our guests.”

Dubai will now contest the World’s Leading New Hotel 2017 award at the Grand
Final Gala Ceremony in Phu Quoc, Vietnam, on December 10
