ROCKVILLE, MD—Choice Hotels has signed an agreement with franchise partner Villa Developers & Investments, LLC, to develop a new Cambria Hotel & Suites in San Jose, CA. The 11-story, 173-room Cambria property will be located at 2850 Stevens Creek Blvd.
The 23,408-sq.-ft. Cambria Hotel & Suites San Jose will offer 1,800 sq. ft. of meeting space, an indoor pool, fitness center, and rooftop restaurant and lounge.
Like all Cambria hotels, the San Jose property will include the contemporary bistro Social Circle, serving a menu comprised of local specialties created by Chef Michael DeMaria; liquor, wine, and local craft beers, as well as freshly prepared grab-and-go gourmet salads and sandwiches; and a barista bar.
