LGBT Confex signs event marketing partnership with IGLTA


NEW YORK – LGBT Confex, Latin America’s leading LGBT business organization has partnered with the International Gay & Lesbian Travel Association as an event marketing partner for 2015. The partnership will promote LGBT CONFEX’s International Business Forum taking place in Yucatan Siglo XXI Convention Center, in Merida, Yucatan, Mexico on September 18 & 19, across IGLTA’s platforms. 

“Our partnership with IGLTA is a sign of the great interest the 5th edition of the LGBT International Business Forum is gaining at an international level,” said Ruben Sandoval, CEO of LGBT Confex. “We are expecting this edition to be our biggest and most comprehensive yet.”

The LGBT International Business Forum has grown to become the largest event for LGBT business in Latin America with almost a thousand B2B meetings taking place in the 2014 edition of the event which took place in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

The Forum also features a comprehensive program that includes exhibition, business appointments, conferences, networking events, workshops, business meetings, and social activities.

In 2015, educational presentations and workshops will be included from many leading global LGBT thought-leaders focusing in the platforms of Tourism, Corporate, Film, Academic, Entrepreneurs, Technology, and Media. It will also present a new academic platform entitled "International Congress on Sexual Diversity Studies" inviting leading researchers from universities worldwide.

Earlier this year LGBT Confex announced that it has once again partnered with Out & Equal Advocates with whom it LGBT Confex has done a number of educational sessions with business in Mexico. Out&Equal CEO, Selisse Berry, will also be a speaker at this year’s Forum. In addition, LGBT Confex has retained the representation of ENroute Communications for the US and Canadian markets for another year.
