Disney World has offered a quick glimpse of a new look for an older attraction– the new Frozen overlay to Epcot’s old Norway attraction, the Maelstrom. Frozen Ever After is due to open in 2016 at Disney World’s Epcot theme park.
The park provided an artistic depiction of the ride that will replace the “Maelstrom.”
Park guests will visit the kingdom of Arendelle and relive moments from the film, like the winter-in-summer day created thanks to the magic powers of Elsa.
There, guests will experience a Winter in Summer event held every year in Arendelle, visiting with friends from the movie including Olaf, Elsa and Anna, Sven and Kristoff, and even the monstrous Marshmallow.
New favorites the Snowgies from the short Frozen Fever will also make an appearance during the ride, which caps off with the singing of Let It Go, the fan-favorite number from Frozen.
