Lufthansa expands its Turkey route coverage by launching flights between Bodrum and Frankfurt. Germany's flagship carrier Lufthansa flies to Bodrum from Munich since last year. With the new flights German travelers in and around Frankfurt will not miss the famous nightlife of Bodrum on Saturday night.
Starting from May 16, 2015, Lufthansa will fly once in a week on Saturdays departing at 13.35 from Frankfurt and arrive 17.40 to Bodrum. Return flights will depart Bodrum at 18.35 and arrive 20.55 to Frankfurt on same day. The flight time is roughly 3 hours and 20 minutes. Lufthansa will offer a comfortable flight from Frankfurt to Bodrum on the Airbus A320.
Lufthansa which has the biggest market share in Turkey among the foreign carriers will have a total of 71 weekly flights from Turkey after launching the new Bodrum flights and new additional services that will start by the end of summer season from Izmir to Munich and from Antalya to Munich.
Currently Lufthansa has 21 weekly flights from Istanbul to Frankfurt, 14 weekly flights from Istanbul to Munich, 14 weekly flights from Ankara to Munich, 10 weekly flights from Izmir to Munich, 2 weekly flights from Antalya to Munich, and 2 weekly flights from Bodrum to Munich.
