SAS and Disney have teamed up around the Nordic launch of
Disney's new animated family movie Planes. As part of the collaboration, SAS
has decorated on one of its airplanes with characters from the movie. The
striped plane is now in traffic, helping to boost excitement for the coming
release of Disney's Planes in Nordic theaters in the upcoming weeks. It will
fly until mid-May 2014.
Disney and SAS are collaborating around
the launch of the coming Disney animated movie Planes in Sweden , Norway ,
Denmark and Finland
"Offering something out of the ordinary to our customers is a fun way of promoting our collaboration with Disney. Choosing to decorate one of our planes with the Disney characters feels especially cool. We hope many people get the chance to see the plane and of course fly with it," says Stefan Hedelius, Vice President Strategy, Marketing and Concepts at SAS.
In addition to the characters on the aircraft, passengers can also enjoy the usual benefits for families and children when travelling with SAS, such as discounted child fares on the majority of SAS flights, toys and games onboard and assisted travel for unaccompanied children aged 5-12 years.
