The free conference will take place via the internet over a span of
seven days, September 9-15. The seven panelists will tackle subjects that
plague business travelers: stress management, diet and exercise, jetlag, the
best places to stay and dine and how best to manage social networking
.
The goal of the virtual health summit is to provide frequent travelers
with the tools to stay healthy in body and mind from hotel to home. The
conference hopes to achieve this goal by sharing tips and meaningful advice
that address mental and physical approaches to wellbeing, health and life
satisfaction. The end result is to empower business travelers, increase their
energy and performance levels and help them to rediscover the privilege and
opportunities travel affords.

The Healthy Travel Summit is the brainchild of business health coach,
Jayne McAllister. McAllister has traveled and lived all over the globe and has
personally struggled with the travel pitfalls facing today's business
travelers. Her experience led her to create the Healthy Travel Summit. "My
health coaching business and the Healthy Travel Summit were born out of my
commitment to help other travelers ditch fatigue and weight and find balance in
their lives. I wish there had been a Healthy Travel Summit around ten years
ago, but I believe I was meant to do this and I can't wait to get started! We
have a fantastic line-up of speakers from the UK ,
Germany and the US . We're
especially honored that Adam Glickman, Head of EVEN Hotels, is joining us prior
to the launch of this first ever hotel brand that is dedicated to healthy
travelers. Participants are going to hear from experts in diet and exercise,
stress management, jet lag, social networking and hospitality. The balance of
topics represents the balance we want travelers to have in their lives."
