The
restaurant on the eighth floor of the hotel is
known not only for its unique view, but also for its stunning
Mediterranean flavors prepared by Chef Asterios Koustoudis and his
elite team. The list includes prestigious hotels restaurants from
around the world, such as the Parisian “Alain Ducasse” of Hotel
Plaza Athénée, “Terrazza” of the famous Hotel Danieli in
Venice, Moo Restaurant at Hotel Omm in Barcelona, and last but not
least the famous and Michelin-awarded “May Wah” of the Mandarin
Oriental in Hong Kong.
It is
worth mentioning
that the only Greek
restaurant on
the list is the GB Roof Garden, a fact that makes us very proud.
