BCD Travel relaunches Tripsource platform

UTRECHT, THE NETHERLANDS – BCD Travel has relaunched the Tripsource traveler experience through a redesigned mobile application and website. The company said the updated platform aims to increase traveler adoption, support policy compliance and generate savings for managed  travel programs.

The redesigned Tripsource platform provides a consistent experience across markets, languages and devices. It also offers travelers clearer booking choices and connects different stages of the business travel journey.

The Tripsource traveler experience covers planning and booking, as well as service, payment and expense management. As a result, travelers can access connected tools across different points of sale and service through a common interface.

BCD Travel said the platform’s updated appearance reflects its visual identity and provides greater consistency across traveler touchpoints. The development process used traveler behavior data, customer feedback and changing expectations among business travelers.

The new platform provides greater transparency around travel costs, sustainability impacts and available booking options. It also includes improved search results, dynamic  hotel rate guidance and support for additional languages.

In addition, the updated booking process is designed to help travelers and travel arrangers find, compare and book air, hotel, car and rail options. The company said the changes reduce the effort required to identify options that meet traveler and program requirements.

A refreshed dashboard presents information based on users’ needs and preferences. According to BCD Travel, the updated interface is intended to increase adoption and engagement among travelers.

The platform also expands self-service capabilities. Travelers can book and manage trips independently, while travel programs may reduce their reliance on service and support channels.

BCD Travel said the redesigned Tripsource traveler experience can support greater operational efficiency and lower servicing costs. The company also expects the changes to improve the overall user experience across managed travel programs.

Steph DeNote, Global Senior Vice President, Travel Experience & Commerce, said: “Our ambition is not to keep pace with the industry—it’s to help define where the industry goes next. By combining exceptional talent, advanced technology and an unrivaled understanding of managed travel, we’re creating experiences that set a new benchmark for the industry and deliver measurable value to our customers,”

The new Tripsource experience is available globally in 11 languages and more than 170 markets. Travelers can access the redesigned services through both the mobile application and website.
