Arbitrip and EL AL launch integrated hotel booking platform

LONDON – Arbitrip and EL AL Airlines have announced a partnership to launch a fully white-labelled hotel booking platform integrated into the airline’s digital ecosystem and loyalty programme.

The platform combines artificial intelligence, personalised hotel recommendations, preferential accommodation rates and customer support within EL AL’s online environment, allowing travellers to book accommodation alongside their flights.

At the centre of the platform is Arbitrip’s AI engine, which generates hotel recommendations based on factors including travel history, booking behaviour, trip type and seasonal travel patterns. According to the companies, the platform continuously refines its recommendations as it gathers additional user data over time.

The service also provides access to Closed User Group (CUG) hotel rates, offering accommodation prices that are not publicly available. Travellers can pay for bookings using cash, loyalty points or a combination of both while members of EL AL’s frequent flyer programme continue to earn points and Diamonds, the airline’s premium status currency.

Following Arbitrip’s acquisition by Talma Travel Solutions, the platform has expanded its global capabilities and now provides access to more than 1.5 million accommodation properties worldwide.

In addition to booking functionality, the partnership introduces a full-service travel support model within EL AL’s digital platform. Customers booking through the service receive 24-hour assistance and personalised support that combines AI technology with human travel advisors. Concierge services are also available for top-tier loyalty programme members.

Benny Yonovich, CEO and Co-founder of Arbitrip, said: “This partnership represents a new chapter in travel. Travelers today expect more than just booking functionality—they want relevance, value, and service. By combining AI-driven personalization, exclusive pricing, and full-service support, we’re enabling airlines like El Al to deliver a truly differentiated experience that meets those expectations.”

Nadav Hanin, Vice President Marketing and Digital at EL AL, said: “The launch of the EL AL Travel platform is a major milestone in the implementation of the company’s long-term strategic plan, which aims to develop new growth engines and expand the range of options we offer our customers. The new platform will allow customers to book their entire vacation in one place and will enable members of the Matmid Frequent Flyer Club and FLY CARD holders to redeem and earn points and Diamonds on every part of their trip – from flights and hotels, and soon also attractions – and enjoy a complete and cost-effective travel experience.”

The companies said the partnership supports EL AL’s broader loyalty strategy by expanding opportunities for members to earn and redeem rewards across additional travel services. The platform launches with hotel bookings and is expected to expand to include car rentals and travel experiences in future phases.
