Singapore-based Studio Ryecroft has expanded its hospitality portfolio across Asia-Pacific since launching in late 2025, with projects spanning resorts, destination bars, restaurants, heritage landmarks and live music venues.
Operating globally from Singapore, the consultancy works across different markets and hospitality formats to develop concepts focused on operational delivery, service systems and guest experience. The company was founded by Bobby Carey and Tom Hogan.
“The range of work in our portfolio reflects what we set out to build with Studio Ryecroft,” said Co-Founder Bobby Carey. “We care about strong concepts, but just as much about the systems, standards and guest experience that make them work once they are live.”
“This was never meant to be a business limited to one format,” added Co-Founder Tom Hogan. “We want to work on ambitious hospitality projects full stop, whether that is a bar, a restaurant, or something more unexpected.”
Among the studio’s current projects is BAR KAP at the House of Tan Yeok Nee in Singapore. Scheduled to open in June, the destination bar is located within the national monument, known as the sole surviving property among Singapore’s “Four Grand Mansions”. The project is being developed by Gaia Lifestyle Group and Karim Family Foundation. Studio Ryecroft’s work includes concept development, drinks architecture, service rituals and operational systems.
In Bangkok, the consultancy is leading the development of the flagship bar at Pan Pacific Siam Bangkok, with opening scheduled for 2027. The project includes concept positioning, guest experience planning and operational strategy covering staffing, procurement and service consistency.
Studio Ryecroft has also refreshed the beverage programme at Kōkulabo, an experimental izakaya concept within Kaleido Lifestyle Bangkok. The revised programme introduces a more structured drinks selection across cocktails, highballs, beer, sake and non-alcoholic offerings.
In Singapore, the consultancy is supporting the revival of Lulu’s Lounge for SJS Group. The venue is expected to reopen within the coming months, with Studio Ryecroft overseeing drinks development, recruitment support, bar functionality and opening guidance.
Another Bangkok project includes Skycroft Kitchen at Siam @ Siam Design Hotel Bangkok, scheduled to open later this year. The venue is being positioned as a functional lab space for the city’s bar and restaurant community, combining private events, test kitchen operations and creative development facilities. Studio Ryecroft’s role focuses on equipment planning, workflow systems, training and operational standards.
In China, the consultancy has been working on Stars Bar at Four Seasons Hotel at Hangzhou Centre. The project includes a full review of the venue’s concept and guest experience, with updates to drinks, service and operational positioning. The revised concept is expected to roll out during the first half of 2026.
Studio Ryecroft has also been appointed as bar concept and beverage advisory partner for two venues at Centara Reserve Krabi, part of Centara Hotels & Resorts. The consultancy’s scope includes beverage strategy, menu architecture, operating tools, pre-opening support and post-opening review for the resort’s Specialty Bar and Wine Bar.
