First international brand hotel opens in Ninh Binh, Northern Vietnam

Accor is expanding its premium portfolio in Vietnam with the opening of Pullman Ninh Binh on May 1st, 2026. The new 29-storey hotel is not only positioned as the tallest hospitality building in the city but also the first hotel of an international brand in this northern Vietnam province.

It will help Ninh Binh to turn into a major new lifestyle destination for both international visitors and domestic travelers.

Located in the heart of Ninh Binh, the hotel places guests within easy reach of some of northern Vietnam’s most iconic attractions, including Trang An and Tam Coc, both just 10 km away, and the historic ancient capital of Hoa Lu, only 1.5 km from the property. Hanoi and its international airport are also conveniently accessible within 90 minutes.

The opening reflects the growing importance of Ninh Binh as one of Vietnam’s emerging tourism hotspots, offering dramatic karst landscapes, UNESCO-recognized heritage, and a more immersive alternative to the country’s traditional gateway cities.

Pullman Ninh Binh has been designed as more than a hotel, positioning itself as a hybrid lifestyle hub where hospitality, business, wellness and social connection meet. It targets a new generation of travelers looking for flexibility, local immersion and work-friendly spaces without compromising on comfort or design.

Pullman brings business, wellness and leisure in one of Vietnam’s fastest-rising destinations

Ninh Binh has exceptional potential for both leisure travelers and business guests,” said David Stanley De Brito, General Manager of Pullman Ninh Binh.

With its historical heritage, spectacular landscapes and preserved authenticity, the region has everything needed to establish itself as a major destination in Vietnam. With Pullman Ninh Binh, we want to offer a new way to experience the region through a contemporary stay that remains deeply connected to its natural and cultural surroundings.

The property offers 283 guestrooms and suites, all featuring private balconies with views over the surrounding limestone mountains and city skyline. Its biophilic design concept integrates greenery throughout the hotel, combines modern architecture with locally sourced materials, and emphasizes harmony with the surrounding natural environment.

Dining plays a major role in the guest experience, with six restaurants and bars spanning international and regional concepts. Signature venue Food ConneXion offers all-day dining with Vietnamese specialties and live cooking stations. Rooftop venue Bublx Champagne Bar is likely to become another hit as it delivers panoramic views across the karst landscape.

Business and events are also central to the hotel’s proposition. Pullman Ninh Binh features 1,700 square metres of flexible event space designed for conferences, seminars, corporate functions and hybrid meetings. Integrated technology and adaptable layouts reflect the changing demands of business travel, where remote connectivity and in-person collaboration increasingly overlap.

Wellness facilities include three swimming pools—indoor, outdoor and rooftop—a 24-hour fitness center with connected equipment, outdoor sports courts, and the Pullman Spa, which focuses on relaxation and recovery treatments. Dedicated family-friendly areas also cater to younger guests.

The Pullman Ninh Binh’s opening underlines a wider trend across Vietnam: the rise of secondary destinations capable of attracting high-value international tourism beyond Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang.
