FAYETTEVILLE, GA – Pleasanton Courtyard Bed and Breakfast, a Select Registry property located in Fayetteville, Georgia, has announced the opening of a fifth guest room scheduled for March 2026, expanding the capacity of the boutique accommodation as regional tourism activity increases.
The property is a 6,000-square-foot Victorian-style retreat set across nearly 20 wooded acres in Fayette County. The expansion comes as the region experiences increased development linked to the growth of Trilith Studios, the opening of Trilith Live and the construction of the Arthur M. Blank U.S. Soccer National Training Center, which is expected to be completed in 2026.
Fayetteville is expected to play a role in activities related to the 2026 FIFA World Cup due to the presence of the new 200-acre national training facility.
The bed-and-breakfast currently features four guest rooms with private bathrooms and offers accommodation within a historic property characterised by traditional architectural features such as crown moulding and landscaped natural surroundings, including a fishing pond.
The addition of the fifth room is intended to accommodate growing visitor demand associated with the region’s expanding entertainment and sports infrastructure.
Pleasanton Courtyard Bed and Breakfast is located near Trilith Studios, making it a lodging option for visiting professionals working within the film and television production sector.
The expansion coincides with several developments in the Fayette County area, including the opening of Trilith Live as a new entertainment venue, the development of the Arthur M. Blank U.S. Soccer National Training Center, and continued growth in tourism and population within the region.
The fifth guest room will complement the existing accommodations and is designed to maintain the property’s small-scale lodging environment.
The owners of Pleasanton Courtyard Bed and Breakfast stated: “With Trilith Live opening and the U.S. Soccer Training Facility on the horizon, we’re seeing rising interest in Fayetteville as a destination. This new room allows us to welcome more guests while maintaining the intimate, home-like experience we’re known for.”
Local authorities and community organisations are also preparing a series of activities in Fayette County linked to international football events in 2026. Planned initiatives include fan zones, viewing events, youth football clinics and community programmes connected to the new training facility.
The developments are expected to attract athletes, visitors and spectators to the area during the period leading up to the 2026 international football tournament.
