RALEIGH, N.C. – Concord Hospitality, a hotel management and development company operating more than 140 properties across the United States and Canada and over 45 stand-alone restaurants, is expanding its full-service management portfolio in 2026.
The company began the year with the opening of the
Hilton Jacksonville at Mayo Clinic, located on the Mayo Clinic campus in
Jacksonville, Florida. Additional properties are scheduled to open during the
first quarter as Concord continues to grow through new strategic partnerships.
Concord has also assumed management of the South Shore Harbour Resort &
Conference Center, located on Clear Lake, approximately 30 minutes south of
Houston. The property features 237 guest rooms, a tropical pool complex with
swim-up bar and more than 25,000 square feet of meeting and event space. The
resort serves both leisure and corporate segments, with access to Kemah
Boardwalk and Galveston Bay.
The recent additions bring Concord’s full-service portfolio to more than 30 hotels, reflecting continued expansion across multiple hospitality segments.
The company is also growing its presence in the
lifestyle boutique segment through its Opus Collection, which focuses on
upper-upscale and independent hotels. Three new properties are set to join the
collection, including The Waymark in Chattanooga and The Union Hotel in
Flemington, New Jersey.
The Waymark, part of the Tapestry Collection by
Hilton, is a 148-room property developed through the adaptive reuse of the
historic 1927 Chattanooga Savings Bank and Trust Company building. The hotel
integrates dining concepts, a rooftop venue and a speakeasy space within a
restored architectural setting.
The Union Hotel, located in the Flemington Historic
District in Hunterdon County, New Jersey, is being redeveloped as part of the
Courthouse Square mixed-use project. Originally established in the 1870s, the
property will reopen with 100 rooms, residential units and four
food-and-beverage outlets, including a fine dining concept.
Mark Laport, President and CEO
of Concord Hospitality, said: “With each addition, Concord
continues to strengthen its position as a trusted operating partner for
full-service and lifestyle hotel assets. Our growth reflects the confidence our
ownership partners place in our team to deliver strong operational performance,
effective marketing strategies and exceptional guest experiences across a wide
range of hospitality environments.”
Concord stated that its ongoing expansion strategy
focuses on portfolio growth through management agreements and operational
expertise across complex hospitality assets in North America.
