BELMOPAN CITY, BELIZE – The Wellness Collective Belize has been introduced by The Belize Collection as a new weekly wellness series designed to immerse guests in mindful movement, cultural connection and the restorative environment of Belize’s rainforest. Taking place every Tuesday through April 21, 2026, the initiative represents a new phase in the company’s positioning within the wellness hospitality segment.
The Wellness Collective Belize unfolds across the group’s jungle-focused properties, where guided sessions are set against a backdrop of rainforest landscapes, rivers and native biodiversity. Each weekly experience invites guests to engage with wellness practices inspired by local traditions and the surrounding natural environment.
The programme combines movement, mindfulness and cultural elements in a
curated series of sessions. These include Mountain Mobility, a guided trail
experience integrating mobility exercises, cardio and exploration; Yoga Sense,
which connects breathwork and sensory awareness with elevated jungle views; a
restorative Sound Bath shaped by the natural acoustics of the rainforest; and a
Belizean Cacao & Chocolate Journey honouring the region’s longstanding
cacao heritage.
“Our properties sit
within one of the most biodiverse landscapes on earth, and we believe wellness
should reflect that sense of awe and grounding,” said Julie Kee, Director
of Sales & Marketing at The Belize Collection. “With The Wellness Collective, we’re creating a consistent weekly
rhythm where guests can experience wellness through the lens of Belize itself.
By working with experienced wellness guides and letting the rainforest lead
we’re continuing to position Belize as a destination where transformation
happens naturally.”
The Wellness Collective Belize is led by experienced wellness guides.
Giulia incorporates her long-standing relationship with cacao as plant medicine
into ceremonial sessions, drawing on more than a decade of practice. A
certified Sound Healing Practitioner, she integrates music and vibrational
techniques into her work, guiding participants through reflection and
connection.
Sam Combs contributes an approach that blends movement, mindfulness, philosophy
and interactive elements. Drawing inspiration from Belize’s natural
surroundings, his sessions are designed to engage the senses while fostering
connection to both internal and external environments.
The Wellness Collective Belize will continue every Tuesday through April
21, 2026, forming part of The Belize Collection’s structured weekly programming
within its rainforest properties.
