2025 RETROSPECTIVE Celebrating a Year Powered by Emotion and Achievement

 

As we step into 2026, we look back on 2025 — a year defined by deep emotion and extraordinary momentum. We reached new horizons with landmark launches: the debut of our very first Emblems Collection hotel, the inaugural Orient Express Hotel, and the grand premiere of the La Dolce Vita Orient Express. We also reached new heights with the 100 million member milestone of ALL Accor and celebrated our 360,000+ Heartists®, who continued to carry the spirit of hospitality all over the world—proving that every step was about creating moments to remember.   Throughout 2025, we elevated the guest experience through inspiring collaborations, most notably ALL – Accor’s memorable “Don’t be a Guest, Be a Guest Star” campaign.
