We reached new horizons with landmark launches: the debut of our very first Emblems Collection hotel, the inaugural Orient Express Hotel, and the grand premiere of the La Dolce Vita Orient Express. We also reached new heights with the 100 million member milestone of ALL Accor and celebrated our 360,000+ Heartists®, who continued to carry the spirit of hospitality all over the world—proving that every step was about creating moments to remember.
