Designed by Spanish designer Lázaro Rosa-Violán, the interior design will reflect the brand’s signature identity, combining contemporary aesthetics, sophistication and an urban touch to create spaces full of character, functionality and comfort, according to the company. The hotel will feature 138 rooms in a variety of categories.

The hotel will offer a wide range of services and experiences, including flexible breakfast and room service options, a restaurant and bar and multi-purpose common and meeting areas, including a private room on the mezzanine floor with capacity for 8 to 10 people.
Only YOU New York marks a key milestone in Palladium Hotel Group’s global strategy to position the Only YOU Hotels brand in prime locations, with future openings planned for Venice and Ibiza.
