The Society for Incentive Travel Excellence (SITE) has confirmed a full programme of activities for IMEX America 2025, spotlighting collaboration, leadership, and data-driven insight. Anchoring the week will be the sold-out SITE C Suite Agency Summit, supported by headline events such as SITE NITE North America and the launch of the 2025 Incentive Travel Index (ITI).
C Suite Agency Summit
The C Suite Agency Summit will take place on 7 October at The Mansion at MGM Grand. The event, designed for senior leaders of global event and incentive agencies, offers a confidential forum for collaboration and strategy exchange. Building on its debut in Tulum earlier this year, the Summit aims to turn competitors into collaborators.
Themes include:
- Technology and AI – balancing automation with the human connection central to incentive travel, alongside issues of data security and adoption.
- Organisational structures – building agile teams, designing optimal organisations, and recruitment in tight labour markets.
- Incentive Travel Index takeaways – interpreting market trends, from price pressures to destination selection.
- M&A panel – led by Howard Givner, featuring leaders with recent acquisition experience, focusing on partnerships, financial models, and growth strategies.
The Summit is supported by MGM Resorts, Hilton, Terramar DMC, Maritur DMC, Tourism New Zealand, and Singapore Tourism Board.

“IMEX America is where our community gathers to set the agenda for the year ahead. With the C Suite Agency Summit, we are doubling down on SITE’s roots by giving agency leaders a confidential forum to share what works, challenge assumptions, and co-create solutions,” said Annette Gregg, CEO, SITE. “From AI to M&A, we will explore how to scale responsibly while protecting the trust and human connection that make incentive travel uniquely powerful. We are grateful to our partners and to the many leaders who have helped make this year’s Summit a sell out.”
