IHG Hotels & Resorts to open Hotel Indigo New Cairo as part of Red (G) development

 

CAIRO, EGYPT – IHG Hotels & Resorts has announced a management agreement with Jadeer Group to open Hotel Indigo New Cairo in 2031, further expanding its Luxury & Lifestyle portfolio in Northern Africa.

The 120-room hotel will be part of Red (G), a mixed-use development featuring residences, retail, and hospitality offerings. Located on North 90 Street, one of New Cairo’s most prominent districts, the property will be near the New Administrative Capital, the American University in Cairo, and emerging business and leisure destinations.


Hotel Indigo, one of IHG’s lifestyle brands, is known for reflecting the character of each neighbourhood through design, dining, and guest experiences. The New Cairo property will integrate the area’s heritage and contemporary spirit, aiming to deliver authentic, culturally rooted stays.
