Receiving a Michelin star and the trust placed in us by Krug, one of the world's finest champagne houses, which made Rozbrat 20 the Krug Ambassade, is a great honour for me and, at the same time, a commitment to becoming even better every day. It also represents a great opportunity to prove to international guests that Polish cuisine has made its way into the world of top restaurants. Today, my great dream of showcasing Polish cuisine to a wide international audience has come true. We have every reason to be proud, and thanks to our cooperation with LOT Polish Airlines and the Polish Tourism Organisation, interest in our cuisine, as well as our culture and traditions, is sure to grow. At 10,000 metres above the ground, we will show and let the passengers experience how delicious, modern and unique Polish cuisine is. This innovative solution is an opportunity for all of us.

Bartosz Szymczak, co-owner and Head Chef at Rozbrat 20

The service is provided in cooperation with the Polish Tourism Organisation – a partner of the Michelin Guide. This partnership will enable the offer to be expanded in the future to include more Michelin-starred restaurants, promoting the diversity of the Polish culinary landscape even more effectively.

Culinary tourism is a trend followed by tourists from all over the world. Poland can boast an exceptionally rich cuisine, relying on unique local products. We want LOT Polish Airlines passengers to experience Poland as an ideal culinary destination, where they will discover flavours they will want to return to again and again.
