The property’s legacy dates back more than 90 years, when its original owner, entrepreneur and scholar Harry Hopf, first named it Windrose Farms. Windrose was purchased in 1956 and would later become the site of the country’s first corporate university.

Located about 40 miles from New York City, the property features 10 miles of hiking and biking trails, Café 56, 52,000 sq. ft. of flexible indoor event space and more than 60 acres of outdoor gathering spaces. Recreation amenities include a tri-level fitness center spanning more than 10,000 sq. ft., a spinning studio, racquetball court, basketball and volleyball courts, bicycles and three fire pits.
