Doña by Margarita Mexicana – A fresh venture from the beloved Margarita Mexicana, established at Gulf Hotel Bahrain in 2009. Under the expert guidance of Chef Ruben Herrera Aguilera, Doña will bring the essence of authentic Mexican cuisine to Time Out Market. The menu will showcase popular dishes such as sizzling fajitas, flavorful tacos, cheese-filled quesadillas, and handmade tortillas, all crafted with authentic ingredients sourced from Mexico. Margarita Mexicana has earned accolades including Best Latin Restaurant from Time Out Bahrain and FACT magazine.
Zen by China Garden – Showcasing an impressive range of Cantonese, Sichuan, and Peking cuisine, Zen is led by Chef Wang and a talented team of Chinese chefs. Building on the legacy of China Garden, an established favorite at Gulf Hotel Bahrain since 1996, Zen will present traditional Chinese dishes to Time Out Market visitors.
