Commissioned by Trainline, the study highlights that 29% of respondents plan to visit Europe within the next year, with nearly 43% expressing excitement about Italy. Other top destinations include the United Kingdom (27%), France (18%), and Spain (12%). When asked about their dream European getaway, 58% of participants were most interested in visiting historically significant sites or monuments.
Driverso’s data on car rental requests underscores this trend, with Italy leading the way. Popular destinations include Milan, Rome, Florence, the Amalfi Coast, Cinque Terre, and Venice.
