This board gathers seasoned hospitality professionals and influential leaders from the USA, Hong Kong, Australia, and the UK. Its primary role is to act as a pivotal platform for generating actionable insights and strategies within the industry.
The CAB’s introductory meeting took place at the ARIA Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, focusing on the theme “Future Proofing to Serve up Success” for 2024. Participants delved into international industry trends and effective practices, discussed the critical role of loyalty in cultivating hospitality-oriented enterprises, and examined how technological advancements can connect diners more closely with restaurants, enhancing profitable experiences. In 2024, the CAB will delve into several key topics, including:
- Future of Hospitality: Enhancing consumer sophistication, consolidating technology, and preparing the workforce for upcoming challenges.
- Artificial Intelligence: Emphasizing the necessity of genuine, human-centered connections within the hospitality realm.
- Revenue Management: Utilizing data storytelling to boost profitability from existing resources.
As tomorrow’s consumers evolve with shifting needs and higher expectations, the CAB at SevenRooms will further probe into the essence of genuine, hospitality-centered experiences for operators and customers alike.
