Under the banner of the Malaysian Pavilion, they aimed to establish Malaysia as a top Asian destination, emphasizing its exceptional facilities, rich cultural experiences, and leading-edge capabilities.
The Bureau’s consistent participation in The Meetings Show London since 2017 reflects its deep commitment to the international business events community. Over the years, from 2017 to 2023, their efforts attracted 6,625 delegates across various segments, generating an estimated economic impact of RM116 million. Kuala Lumpur, Sabah, and Sarawak have become particularly popular, known for their excellent connectivity, urban elegance, and rich natural diversity.

At the Malaysian Pavilion, attendees explored Malaysia’s unique offerings, such as the MyTripleE Campaign and various support programs, which provided insights into the nation’s renowned hospitality and efficient logistical support. Additionally, the exhibition of local handicrafts enriched the event, allowing visitors to experience the essence of Malaysian culture.
Founded in 2009 by the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture Malaysia, MyCEB operates as a central figure in enhancing Malaysia’s reputation in the business tourism market. As a Company Limited by Guarantee (CLBG), MyCEB plays a pivotal role in supporting planners to organize and secure international business events in Malaysia and contributes to national product development. The bureau aims to boost its status as a premier international meeting location as ranked by the International Congress and Convention Association (ICCA) and to increase business tourism visits to Malaysia.
The Meetings Show stands as the premier UK exhibition dedicated to the events, meetings, and incentives sector.
Hosted by the esteemed Northstar Meetings Group, renowned for its outstanding contributions to the MICE industry, this event has been a pivotal gathering for event professionals since its inception in 2013. It focuses on fostering connections, offering a venue for international event vendors to engage directly with over 1500 pre-screened meeting and event planners, presenting their offerings and services.
