Exclusive airBaltic Backstage Experience Welcomes Planies NFT Community

 

On May 17, the Latvian national airline airBaltic successfully hosted the inaugural airBaltic Backstage Experience event, exclusively for holders of Planies NFT, part of the airBaltic Club loyalty program. This exclusive gathering was held at airBaltic’smain hub in Riga, and it was a key part of the innovative Planies 12-point roadmap, confirming the company's commitment to offering exclusive benefits and engaging activities to its NFT community.

During the event, attendees also experienced the first reveal of the new Planies NFT special livery on the Diamond aircraft. It will be operated by students of the airBaltic Pilot Academy. The distinctive livery design celebrates airBaltic's forward-thinking loyalty program, which offers extraordinary advantages to airBaltic Club members.

Exclusive Access and Engaging Activities

30 fortunate Planies holders received an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at airBaltic’s operations and gained insights into the airline's day-to-day activities. The attendees had the opportunity to meet Martin Gauss, President and CEO of airBaltic, and to access areas usually off-limits to the public.

Highlights included a guided tour through the airBaltic technical maintenance hangar, where participants got up close with the aircraft and observed maintenance operations firsthand. The experience continued at the airBaltic Training Centre, offering a glimpse into the training programs for pilots and crew, with a chance to experience the flight simulator, and more.
