Carnival Cruise Line has hosted more passengers from Galveston than its competitors. A proud advocate of the Texas cruise port, the company announced it reached the 10 million mark last week after sailing millions of passengers to the Bahamas, the Caribbean, and Mexico.
“We are grateful to our guests who have sailed with us from Galveston over the past two decades, continually driving the popularity of this homeport forward,” said Carnival Cruise Line President Christine Duffy. “The future is certainly bright, as we’re delighted to welcome more guests aboard than ever before from this great city–next stop, 20 million!”
