TIS2023: Navigating the Future of Tourism Marketing and Experiential Tourism

 

The future of tourism marketing is being transformed by digitalization and hyper-personalization. As data collected by Northstar suggests, by 2023, 40% of tech-savvy travelers will utilize automated suggestions based on their data to choose destinations, underscoring the significance of personalization in the industry.

To address these evolving trends, the Tourism Innovation Summit 2023 (TIS2023) in Seville, Spain, from October 18 to 20, will feature a special agenda for Chief Marketing Officers (CMOs). Renowned experts in tourism marketing will provide insights into technology usage, the advancement of hyper-personalization, and strategies to reach diverse customer segments.
