Palladium Hotel Group to manage first U.S. hotel

 

Palladium Hotel Group has been selected to manage the new 45 Times Square Hotel, a property of Ferrado Hotel, owned by the Rosp Corunna Group, a family office of Sandra Ortega when it debuts in June. The 139-room property will be converted into an Only YOU Hotel, a premium-lifestyle brand for Palladium’s urban destinations.
