MEETINGS stands as New Zealand’s sole national tradeshow dedicated to the business events industry. In its 28th annual edition, the event plans to welcome 500 buyers. Among these, there will be over 220 hosted buyers from Australia, New Zealand, and significant international markets, alongside 250 domestic day buyers.
BEIA Chief Executive, Lisa Hopkins says, “MEETINGS 2023 saw unprecedented interest, with exhibition space sold out by Christmas. We will have increased stand capacity in 2024, but we are still expecting high demand. Our post-event survey showed $157 million was signed at MEETINGS 2023 for business scheduled over the next five years.” She expressed that there is high demand for stands at MEETINGS, and exhibitors are strongly encouraged to submit their applications early for MEETINGS 2024.
Applications to exhibit at MEETINGS 2024 are set to open for BEIA members on specific dates:
BEIA Platinum Members: Wednesday, 18 October
BEIA Gold Members: Wednesday, 25 October
BEIA Silver Members: Wednesday, 1 November
For 2024, new choices have been made for first-time exhibitors, including those who are independent and those who exhibit on regional stands. An entry-level 2m × 2m booth is available for independent first-time exhibitors to make a presence at MEETINGS 2024.
Furthermore, early bird rates have been maintained at 2023 pricing and will be applicable until 13 December 2023. Interested exhibitors are encouraged to apply early to benefit from these special rates.
To benefit from these exceptional rates, Hopkins advises everyone interested in exhibiting at MEETINGS 2024 to submit their applications as soon as possible
