Ει βούλει καλώς ακούειν, μάθε καλώς λέγειν, μαθών δε καλώς λέγειν, πειρώ καλώς πράττειν, και ούτω καρπώση το καλώς ακούειν. (Επίκτητος)

Tourists add Saudi Arabia to their travel bucket list

Tourists are predictable to add Saudi Arabia to their bucket list of travel because of the government’s

alteration of the segment, as per industry expert William Heinecke, the founder and chairman of Minor Hotels.

Heinecke spoke during a panel dialogue on the second day of the Future Hospitality Summit in Abu Dhabi.

He said that Saudi Arabia is on the brink of important change. He said that the Kingdom will attain in 10 years what Dubai took 30 years to achieve.

Saudi Arabia is presently experiencing extraordinary tourism growth, with the segment increasing by 121 percent last year, putting it as the fastest-growing place in the G20 and exceeding the worldwide average preceding the pandemic.

As part of Vision 2030, Saudi Arabia’s hotel sector is slated for additional growth, aiming a total of 310,000 hotel accommodations by 2030, with a projected funding of $110 billion.

Heinecke voiced his appreciation for Saudi Arabia’s farsighted leader, who is young enough to understand motivated enterprises.

Heinecke said that someone should be there who not only has the funds, but also who has the visualization and the thirst to stay with it.
