In his new role, Bang is responsible for the overall strategic sales leadership and initiatives for the Asia-Pacific region and luxury leisure segments for Highgate’s portfolio in Hawai’i.
A seasoned sales and marketing professional with more than 27 years of experience, he has extensive experience leading global sales and marketing efforts and overseeing successful leisure sales programs. He most recently served as the director of sales and marketing for Halepuna Waikiki by Halekulani, where he oversaw sales strategies for all markets including the U.S., Oceania and Asia. Prior, he served as the director of sales and marketing for the Waikiki Parc Hotel.
He has held sales and marketing roles throughout Hawaii with properties including Halekulani, Asia Pacific Land, Starwood Hotels & Resorts Hawaii, Westin Maui Resort, Sheraton Waikiki, The Royal Hawaiian and more.
