Harrogate Convention Center unites with the Meetings Industry Association

Harrogate Convention Center (HCC) has united with the Meetings Industry Association (MIA).

Under this association, HCC has also obtained the MIA’s AIM authorization – a benchmark for sites and service sources in the meetings, conference and events sector.

AIM has 50 standards that venues need to have to attain authorization. The procedure comprises lawful
obedience, convenience and excellence checks of its amenities in addition to its customer service scheme
and understanding, moral codes of manner and top practice.

The Director of Harrogate Convention Center Paula Lorimer said that connection with the MIA will fetch a lot of assistances to Harrogate Convention Center, comprising beneficial interaction prospects and a prized industry standardizing device. The AIM authorization is a testimony to the group at Harrogate Convention Center and will provide event purchasers with self-assurance that they are working with a site functioning at maximum standard.

The Chief Executive of MIA Kerrin MacPhie said that they are happy to greet Harrogate Convention Center
as their newest member. The authorization presents a smooth technique for organizers and purchasers to
best control their choices, eventually saving time and means in the selection procedure.
