CoralTree Hospitality has added Everline Resort & Spa in North Lake Tahoe to its management portfolio.
The 405-room resort offers ski-in, ski-out access to Palisades Tahoe, a spa and more. CoralTree will manage Everline as a franchised hotel under the Destination by Hyatt brand.
“Everline is one of ski country’s iconic resorts,” said Tom Luersen, president, CoralTree. “With ski-in/ski-out access to Palisades Tahoe, a short drive to Lake Tahoe and the Sierra mountains all around, Everline is perfectly situated for unlimited year-round adventures. The resort also offers some of the largest, most flexible meetings space for groups, meetings and social events. We are excited to continue our affiliation with Hyatt through a franchise agreement under the Destination by Hyatt brand. Managing mountain resorts is part of CoralTree’s DNA, and we are excited to add Everline to our growing collection of hotels and resorts across the United States.”
The resort offers accommodations that range from deluxe rooms to fireplace suites and bi-level penthouses. Custom furnishings include slate entryways, ceramic-tiled bathrooms, granite vanities and LED flat-screen televisions. Suite and penthouse units feature gas fireplaces and resort kitchenettes.
Everline also offers golf at The Links at Everline, an 18-hole Robert Trent Jones Jr. championship golf course, five restaurants, three outdoor heated swimming pools and a shopping promenade. The Spa at Everline includes a fitness center, men’s and women’s dry saunas and steam room as well as 10 treatment rooms.
