Shropshire-based historic house and grounds, Weston Park, has chosen Vennersys as the new provider of their ticketing and management systems.
The estate hosts weddings, conferences, and events all throughout the year, boasting an impressive 1,000 acres of parkland landscaped by famed English gardener Capability Brown, 27 rooms of luxury accommodation, a renowned art gallery, and more.
The centrepiece of the estate is the impressive house itself, which was previously home to the Earls of Bradford before it was gifted to the nation by the 7th Earl of Bradford in 1986. Vennersys are the developers of the VenposCloud attraction management system, designed to help visitor attractions of all industries maximise revenue and reduce administration time and expenditure.
Weston Park have chosen to partner with Vennersys and will adopt the VenposCloud system into a number of their daily operations. The functionalities that will be adopted include the use of a CRM, data analysis and reporting tools, Gift Aid collection, and membership management tools. It is expected that VenposCloud will help Weston Park increase their revenue and ability to target returning customers all while using the CRM to inform their future business decisions. It will also help Weston Park automatically claim Gift Aid on visitor donations which may otherwise be missed.
Tracey O’Hara, Head of Accounts at Weston Park, had this to say about the partnership: “The team at Weston Park want nothing more than an exemplary experience for our members and visitors, and we believe that the adoption of the VenposCloud system will provide us with exactly what we need to guarantee that every time. The system is hand-designed to meet our requirements and will be instrumental in delivering an exceptional guest experience and supporting the work of the Weston Park Foundation through Gift Aid sales and donations. We think VenposCloud could be the key to growing our membership programme. We think VenposCloud could be the key in the growth of Weston Park in the future.”
Stuart Ward, Business Development Manager of Vennersys, added: “We are excited to be working alongside Weston Park and hope to enhance their attraction management and boost customer experience with our cloud based VenposCloud solution. Working closely with Tracey and the rest of the team has been incredibly insightful. By fully understanding the needs of their visitor attraction, we have been able to tailor our VenposCloud system to their goals and future plans. I’m looking forward to developing this partnership further and supporting Weston Park in getting the best out of what they offer.”
Paul Harding, Managing Director of Vennersys, completed: “Weston Park is one of the most celebrated historic houses in the country, and we are honoured to be chosen as the provider of their attraction management system. We hope the implementation of our VenposCloud system provides a seamless experience for the many different guests the park admits and also the team operating it, saving time and money for the park themselves. We hope this is the start of a long relationship between us, and we will always be looking for ways to help the park improve their operations further.”
