In February, Turkiye hosted a successful MICE familiarisation trip for eminent corporate groups from India.
The primary objective of this trip was to give the visitors a chance to engage with local partners and corporate leaders in order to forge future relationships, while also assisting them in discovering Turkiye’s hidden gems.
During this 6-day tour, the guests were entertained for three days each in Turkiye’s two most renowned and fascinating cities, Istanbul and Antalya.
It was a successful event attended by many leading corporate organisations.
The trip had a terrific start as Turkish Airlines came in as the official travel partner, providing flights from New Delhi and Mumbai to travellers’ first destination, Antalya.
During their travel with Turkish Airlines, they were offered excellent onboard amenities, including delicious meals, cosy seats, high-speed Wi-Fi, and other facilities.
Upon arriving in Antalya, visitors were given a chance to explore an ancient city, Aspendos.
Here, they visited the Aspendos Antique theatre, which is a well-known theatre of antiquity.
Following this, they spent their day travelling over 5-star luxury all-inclusive hotels, where they had a fulfilling and delectable Turkish lunch and dinner, respectively.
Toward the end of their Antalya tour, they engaged themselves in several amusing activities such as yachting and cable car rides.
In Istanbul, the guests experienced first-class hospitality along with other traditional and cultural activities.
The delegates explored popular tourist destinations such as Hagia Sophia, Grand Bazaar, Basilica Cistern and Galataport.
While the corporates enjoyed sightseeing, they were also given a chance to engage in team-building activities as they explored ICC (Istanbul Congress Center) & ICEC (Istanbul Lutfi Kirdar International Convention and Exhibition Centre) for hosting MICE events in the future.
