Further to our update on service disruption due to shortage of parts on 9th January 2023 Kenya Airways (KQ) wishes to update as follows:
The availability of our aircraft is improving. We continue to recover our aircraft on scheduled and unscheduled maintenance as and when we receive the parts.
We are in discussions with our suppliers on the delivery timelines for all the components required for the maintenance tasks.
We are proactively updating our customers on flight schedule should there be any disruptions due to unavailability of parts.
