Castellon began her DLR Group career as an intern before joining the firm in 2013. Since then, she has been a key hospitality interior design leader collaborating with design teams and clients to elevate the firm’s luxury hospitality and gaming portfolios. Castellon has experience working with significant hotel flags and small boutique hotel operators. Her portfolio includes more than 20 AC Hotels by Marriott, Canopy by Hilton Minneapolis Mill District; Dream Hotel in Las Vegas; The Vanguard – Marriott Autograph Collection in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

I see this as a new chapter, and I am excited to continue to grow our hospitality interior design practice.”
Castellon, appointed principal in 2020, is dedicated to forging a strong design community through mentorship, scholarship, design excellence and education. Outside of her internal contributions, Castellon was a member of Boutique Design’s Boutique’18 class in 2019 and is a consistent contributor and creative voice in design media. Hospitality Design and the International Interior Design Association (IIDA) have recognized her product design work, and she is a board member of the Network of Executive Women in Hospitality (NEWH).
