Flower power: with the arrival of spring, LK Café Bar launches new drinks

 

Created by the head bartender of the hotel Crystian Vieira and the bartenders Vinícius Pitameia, Simas Perrone, Javier Perez and Carol Tessaro new drinks menu will be launched on September 22 to celebrate the arrival of the new season

Florianópolis, September 2022 – The LK Café Bar, located inside the LK Design Hotel, on the most charming street in the center of the capital of Santa Catarina, presents a new drinks menu to celebrate the arrival of the most colorful and fragrant season: spring, which begins officially on the 22nd of September. The cocktails that enter the same day on the menu at LK Café Bar are authorial and made with super aromatic and fresh ingredients to match the hot days ahead.

The head bartender of LK Café Bar, Crystian Vieira, says that they chose creative ingredients to make the drinks, representing the tropical and regional climate of Santa Catarina, such as araçá and Galician lime. “The new cocktails mix ingredients that are very tasty and with outstanding characteristics, providing a unique explosion on the palate”, explains the mixologist.

Among the novelties are the Nectar drink, which is made with Union Pure Malt Whiskey, passion fruit nectar, carbonated mead and cured pollen and the Araçá Rosé, which takes oak cachaça, carbonated araçá vermouth, Galician lemon cordial and fennel sprigs. The new cocktail options will become part of the LK Café Bar drinks menu from the 22nd of this month.
