Vietjet offering unimaginable cheap tickets

This is part of Vietjet’s promotional tickets from India to Vietnam. The unimaginable rates are available only from August 15 to March 26. The airline will provide 30000 promotional tickets to promote the services. Vietjet currently connects New Delhi/Mumbai with Hanoi/Ho Chi Minh City with 4 flights per week each.

From September 2022, the airline will work on eleven additional routes. Last week at an India-Vietnam Tourism Promotion Conference which was held on 17th August at Ho Chi Minh City the decision has been taken. Government officials from both countries have conjugally taken the decision.

Pham Van Thuy, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism (VNAT) and Pranay Verma, the Indian Ambassador to Vietnam were there at the meeting. Both countries have Recognised that business connections between travel firms in both countries are crucial to growing the travel market in Vietnam as well as in India. 34 travel companies from both countries participated in discussions. They also exchanged information regarding the business conditions in both countries.

A direct flight from India would take about 5-6 hours that connect Vietnam with Bangkok or Singapore. Going by the connecting flights would require the total travel time to be doubled up. The budget carriers have introduced a number of direct flights. Earlier flag carrier Vietnam Airlines launched direct flights to Delhi and cities like Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh. The flights will operate two times/three times a week respectively.
