Valley Forge grows marketing team

Valley Forge Fabrics, a supplier of custom textile products for the hospitality industry, has named Yeldina Beauchamp (pictured beside) senior manager of creative & marketing. This transition comes on the heels of the company’s in-house marketing department leadership restructuring and forthcoming digital transformation of the entire business from quote to cash.

Over the last six years, Beauchamp has provided leadership within Valley Forge’s marketing and communications teams and boasts 15 years’ experience in graphic design, visual communications and marketing. Previously serving as creative manager with growth to senior manager role her responsibilities included overseeing all creative, advertising, social media, events, tradeshows, education sessions and communications. Additionally, Valley Forge has added a junior graphic designer and communications coordinator role to the award-winning team.

Beauchamp said, “Design is really a dance. The partners are your product and your audience. Allowing that chemistry to guide you will visually communicate your message effortlessly. This is the magic.”

Shannon Francis

Shannon Francis, previously the brand manager, will be joining Valley Forge’s Digital Program Management department as the newly created digital & technical trainer for Valley Forge Fabrics. The company’s investment over the last two years in the digitalization of the business has created high-level opportunities for specialized skillsets. Francis has played an integral role within the marketing department over the last 12 years. In her new role, Francis will lead the company-wide training necessary for Valley Forge’s digitalization processes as well as work as a cross-functional resource between the business analytics and program management teams.

“Yeldina has been an amazing colleague and wonderful friend for many years, and I am confident that with her leadership and creative vision, the Valley Forge Marketing Department is in more than capable hands,” said Francis.

This transition will take place over July with both leaders solidified in their new roles by month’s end. The Valley Forge Fabrics Marketing team will continue to work directly under Valley Forge Fabrics’ COO and Chief Sustainability Officer Diana Dobin.

“There is nothing more rewarding as a leader than to see the growth and success of my team. Yeldina and Shannon are both so deserving of these opportunities, and I am so grateful they have chosen Valley Forge as the place to grow their careers,” said Diana Dobin.
