Interior design, procurement, capital management, and project management firm Premier continues its expansion with the hiring of Roland Mouly as SVP, strategic partnerships.
As an established leader with more than 25 years of experience, Mouly will be integral to expanding Premier’s core business: interior design, architecture, procurement and project management services, the company reports.

These existing relationships will help foster strategic partnerships and investments and provide Premier with a great opportunity to expand our core business.”
He is tasked with seeking and negotiating renovations opportunities for Premier within North America, Mexico and the Caribbean. To implement this aggressive growth initiative, he will leverage Premier’s unique components and 25+ years expertise ranging from architecture, design, procurement and project management to target third-party owners and operators seeking a full-service solution to reposition their hospitality portfolios. Tapping into his knowledge of the region and his connections, he will also be asked to bring accretive acquisition opportunities for Ashford Inc.
Before joining Premier, Mouly served as the regional practice leader at HotelAVE, where he expanded and consolidated a growing portfolio of more than 15 prominent assets in the Mexico/Caribbean region. Prior to launching HotelAVE, he oversaw all development activities for the Carlson Hospitality Group in the Caribbean, Mexico and Latin America dramatically expanding the company’s presence to more than 70 hotels in Latin America.
In his previous roles, he successfully acquired, built and negotiated large hotel portfolios including a number of luxury and first-class hotel assets, positioning several established international hotel companies as prime owner, operator and franchisor in various segments.
