The hotel has magnificent views from private decks and within walking distance to the beaches, ferries, waterfront restaurants, and shops. Although the Anchor In is in very good physical condition, Linchris plans to invest $400,000 in capital improvements during the off season.

Nick Pancoast, a 22 year veteran with Linchris, will be taking the helm as the General Manager, and to compliment the leadership team, Eva Beshay will be assuming the role of Assistant General Manager,” shared Jeff Lang, Senior Director of Operations with Linchris.
