Each Thursday from 6:00 to 9:00 pm, Hotel guests and locals alike are invited to secure a front-row seat for sunset on the 8th-floor rooftop patio of Cinder Bar and paint the evening pink. As the sky transforms from warm golden to pink tones above, glasses are filled with the light, bright pink-colored wine that has undoubtedly become the official drink of summer.
Cinder Bar features a special Rosé on the Rooftop menu that offers frozé, rosé and sparkling rosé by the glass and bottle. Pair the easy-sipping wine with summer fare that includes crispy calamari served with cashew chili relish and fresh mint, charred onion dip prepared with scallion and chive oil and served with house-made potato chips and an optional caviar upgrade.
Local DJ Mark Lewis will serve up the perfect soundtrack for summer, making it easy to sit back, relax and enjoy a weekly rosé on rooftop experience every Thursday evening.
