Ensuring seamless management and implementation all under one roof, a dedicated in-house events management team plus state-of-the-art technology, superfast WiFi and 5G receivers will ensure the hotel is fully equipped to cater for all styles of meetings and events including virtual and hybrid set ups.
From the quality of the cuisine to the finer points of Asian hospitality and elegant facilities, meetings and events at Pan Pacific London promise to be truly memorable.
Pacific Ballroom
A notable design highlight will be the extensive 464sqm smart Pacific Ballroom, the largest hotel ballroom in the Square Mile built to accommodate up to 400 guests. It has direct access from Bishopsgate Plaza via a glass escalator and elevator or guests may access direct via the hotel.
Whether it’s a conference, awards dinner, board meeting, creative workshop or lavish wedding, Pan the Pacific Ballroom will be equipped with advanced technology including flexible lighting options, surround sound and SMART LED 4k video walls for an immersive experience, and will also have connectivity capabilities via a live feed to the VIP Room located in the pre-function area. The space will be subdivisible into two separate soundproofed rooms to provide extra flexibility.
Event Emporium
A unique selling point for Pan Pacific London, the Event Emporium is a dedicated space for event planning and organisation. Tailoring everything to individual tastes, the Event Emporium is an immersive service that transforms important occasions into sensory experiences.
Whether a fairy-tale wedding or motivating conference, all details - from the quality of the linen to the taste of the food and scent of the room, and more – are discussed during inspirational one-to-one sessions with the hotel’s connoisseurs.
Meeting Place
Meeting Place on the fifth floor consists of five meeting rooms named after renowned coaching inns that were once located in and around the current hotel site from the mid-1400s. With an 81sqm breakout area known as Punchbowl, all meeting rooms will enjoy natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows - most with views over the bustling Bishopsgate Plaza - and access to our Meetings Concierge. Accommodating up to 294 guests, the entire floor can be hired exclusively.
Market Square
This is the hotel’s creative, relaxed, styled meeting space that takes pride of place. Four meeting rooms, named after the markets located throughout the Square Mile, feature state-of-the-art technology and are wrapped around a central area, Market Kitchen, featuring a home-style kitchen pantry stocked with snacks and beverages alongside delicious breakfast, break and lunch options. Guests are welcome to help themselves and feel at home in this self-contained, comfortable space, which is also available for exclusive hire for up to 84 guests.
Anne Golden, General Manager at Pan Pacific London, comments, “We are working with our designers, Yabu Pushelberg, to offer very flexible spaces, meaning that we are capable of transforming the rooms for many purposes in a short time. This is a very exciting time for the hotel as we start to build momentum ahead of its opening. Over the coming months, it will be our pleasure to discuss our spaces with potential guests to focus on driving our corporate, conference and leisure opportunities ensuring we become a top choice for meetings and events in London.”
On opening, in addition to the meeting and event spaces which will total 1213 sqm, Pan Pacific London will represent several firsts for London including a landscaped public plaza and more landscaped outdoor space than any other luxury hotel in the area, with gardens integrated into the design of the outlets and recreational facilities. There will also be a floor dedicated to guest’s well-being, incorporating a dramatic 18.5 metre infinity pool with spectacular cityscape view; treatment rooms and sleeping pods; gym with free training area; and sauna and steam rooms.
The 237 rooms of which 43 are suites including a signature suite perched on the 19th floor, destination restaurants and bars and provision of top-quality meetings and events spaces together with the other public functions of the hotel will support the city’s function as a centre for business, unmatched in scale and quality by any existing hotels in the area. Ideally situated in the heart of the City, the grand spaces are moments away from prime transport links at London Liverpool Street Station and within walking distance of several other underground and overground rail stations.
With a uniquely seamless blend of Asian hospitality and contemporary British elegance, its unparalleled address, integrity of design, and creative meetings and events proposition, the hotel will be second-to-none in the City of London.
