NURENBERG – In order to address its customers in a more individual and qualified manner in the future, Condor Flugdienst GmbH has chosen a customized video solution from ISO Travel Solutions GmbH.
This is a data-driven app, with which Condor can send videos that are tailored to the respective profiles of the individual passengers. The video shows impressions of the destination booked by the customer on a personalized basis. The video speaks to the passenger and on a more personal and emotional level. Attractive additional services are offered to the passenger during the video. These are specifically tailored to the respective travel offer and the preferences of the passenger. Prices and availability are always based on the latest travel product data. This is possible via a direct connection to the Condor reservation system GAMBIT developed by ISO Travel Solutions GmbH.
The app is an in-house development and was created in close coordination with Condor's IT department. Thus, ISO Travel Solutions GmbH was able to ensure that the software met the airline's specific requirements. Thanks to the modern architecture of the software, it can also be easily integrated into other IT environments.
