In reality, on June 28th, Kosovo reopened Pristina airport for international arrivals. However, we did not report because of dearth of official information. In fact, to produce this guide there was lack of clear information from the government, particularly when compared to the neighboring nations. Please do extra research if you decide to travel to Kosovo at this time.
In the Southeast Balkan region of Europe, Kosovo is located and is a landlocked country bordering Serbia, Albania, Montenegro and North Macedonia. It’s definitely not a sought-after hotspot for international tourism, but many people are keen on visiting this place during the pandemic due to their easy covid-related entry requirements. Also, there has been a flood of tourists to Serbia and Albania due to their relaxed entry rules, perking up interest in Kosovo.
