Blue Islands, the Channel Islands’ expanding regional airline re-introduces regular flights from Birmingham to Jersey today, Monday, 31 August – ideal for a perfect short stay break or long weekend.
Jersey is a popular route for West Midlands air travellers, who have enjoyed flying to the picturesque Island with its French influence, since 1985. Flying with Blue Islands is designed to be as easy as possible, with simple transparent fares. Blue Fly includes 1 x 23kg luggage allowance as standard. Rob Veron, Blue Islands CEO said, “We are very pleased to reinstate the very popular route from Birmingham. The flights will initially operate four days a week, and for next summer we will increase frequencies with a daily service to Jersey and convenient onward connections to Guernsey.”
